Meet the School Counselors
Kathy Cooney is in her 21st year as school counselor at Perry Hall Elementary School. She works with students in grades 2, 3, and 5. Kathy previously worked in the business field before earning her Master’s degree in School Counseling. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Brianna Chambers is starting her 1st year as a school counselor at Perry Hall Elementary School. She works with students pre-k/ kindergarten, and grades 1 and 4. Ms. Chambers earned her Master’s degree in School Counseling from Loyola University this past Spring. She previously has interned at Kennedy Krieger’s Child & Family Therapy Clinic and is also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
